Autosavvy Duncanville…HELP

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I just bought a 2021 Kia Telluride at Autosavvy Duncanville, TX. In less than 3 months the car broke down on us twice for the same problem.

As Im driving to a funeral up in Missouri, the car breaks down on me on the highway in the middle of an intersection with my husband and two babies in the backseat. We were stranded there for 2 weeks, waiting for a transmission. We had to get a rental car back and then a plane ticket back there to drive the car back once it was fixed. A lot of money wasted as you can see.

Then literally a week later the car breaks down on me again for the same exact transmission problem after being fixed. Once again me and my family were stranded on the side of the road on a Sunday just a day after my daughters birthday after just trying to go get some food for all of my family in town. So I had to pay for it to get towed again. I paid a lot of money for this useless, broke down car and even put a down payment on it and I cant trust it.

I want to return the car and get my money/deposit back too. I was sold a piece of *** Now I am being ignored by everybody and I still have a broke down Telluride on the side of my house. I am now unable to get anywhere with my kids and I couldnt even get a loaner from you guys. I was told to get it towed somewhere and fixed (which will take another 2-3 weeks) and then I can trade in my car.

This is how yall treat your customers. I need transportation.

Yall want to run my credit several times again and ask for another deposit, that is ridiculous. I dont even want a trade because yall put my life and my babies lives in danger twice with this car.

The Greatest liars...I mean sales people ever! They make the buying process so easy and make it seem like they give a flying rats *** about you and have done their due diligence on every vehicle.

LIES! We thought we bought a 2015 vehicle, only to find out via thousands of dollars later that it had a 2012 engine and also a 2013 hood....

Frankenstein car.

Buy from literally anyone else before these jokers. Good luck ever getting a hold of them after you leave with a fraudulent car also.

Bad customer service refuses to fix car that needs addtional repairs.

I purchased a car thru this company and was told it as safe and they did a 120 point safety inspection including state patrol. Which to find out is a lie first my entire airbag system wasn't even hooked up and had to be.

Now for unknown reasons all the sudden the doors are getting stuck on one another and one of the seat belts isn't working properly. I was told to take to a specific body shop and have inspected. I did so and now they'll only fix the seat belt!! Talked to me like I was the one who picked the body shop and was my fault for going there.

Still fighting to get it fixed right all I want is for it to work like it's supposed to!

I have children and I want them to be safe in the car, we have enough problems with people causing accidents I don't need this added on too. I want my car fixed!!

This company tires everything in their power not to pay. They have denied 3 claims with my car so far.

Giving me every excuse in the books. Costumer service is trash.

Don’t give call backs and ask for very pice of service record and then still denies claim. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY OUT THERE .

I was interested in a Challenger they have, offered them only $300 less than they were asking and was told they couldn't do that. they seriously lost a sale over $300.

Then Matt explained the 'branded' title and oh boy did it all make sense.

They wouldn't take my banks financing, only their bank, with higher interest. Sounds like a car lot I want to stay away from.

Very poor customer service.

Filed a claim with the insurance company on a total loss. They sent an offer from Autosource and totally low balled the price of my vehicle.

Deducted some of the equipment after they already depreciated the vehicle. People pay high prices for insurance anyway, then they want to cheat you when it comes to settling.

Getting rid ofa Auto Source Branded Title

How do you get rid of car from Auto Source with the title being branded?

Car lasted 1 year warranty doesnt cover

If i could give this dealer 0 stars I would. Bought a brand new 2017 car with the best warranty autosource could offer and less than 1 year later the car is bricked due to transmission issues and the warranty apparently doesnt cover the repairs due to a loophole I was not aware of. Beware this scam dealership and always be aware that any vehicle you purchase from them could be a disaster waiting to happen and their warranty will likely not cover you.

BUYERS BEWARE!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

BUYERS BEWARE!! Great buying experience, but that's the extent of it...

Sales person was very nice and willing to work with our situation. My wife had found a vehicle that she loved and it was priced handsomely; but the deal was to good to be true.. less than a year later I am having to fork out thousands of dollars to repair an engine that was pitched to my wife as a "NEW" engine. Salesman stated that the vehicle was branded due to the fact that the engine had been damaged and replaced with a "NEW ENGINE".

This company cannot provide ANY actual repair documentations and they rely on the very little information provided by their VIN check company. That said, DO NOT rely their 151 point inspection. Please, do yourself a favor and have another mechanic inspect the vehicle of interest. Oh and by the way, the extended warranty does not cover service/ wear items/parts..

In my wife's case, it will not cover any injectors that fail due to carbon build-up on a directed injected engine.. Or a leaking Turbo charge pipe hose.. PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON A NONE BRANDED VEHICLE. Oh, I should also infom any consumer that chooses to read this review that if you purchase a branded vehicle and have any plan to trade-in or sell it in the future, know that it will only be worth about 30-50% of the blue book value....

DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BE SURE YOU FLY UNDERSTAND WHAY YOU'RE PURCHASING FROM AUTO SOURCE.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I have a branded car. It's been the best car I've ever had. What you just said, is a stigma.

Paid for registy $25.00 will not let you by cars

The first day I paid my fee. It was 3 years ago.

I can not use the system. Auto source shows photos of all cars and truck with some pricing. You can not find a location or phone numbers of any of the cars or trucks or any person to talk with. On all web sights there is no information explaining how to make these contacts.

After a long search I called an office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

They tell me I have to talk to someone in sales. The operator gives me sales and there is never anyone there to answer the phone, it goes to a voice mail to leave a message, which I have done and no one ever calls me back to explain to me what I have to do.

i believe, although I'm not sure, that they just transfer photos from other sites like copart, and then claim that the cars are part of its' inventory. they show photos of damaged vehicles at unimaginable prices, eg, 430 ferrari with a knocked off bumper for $20,000 dollars, and ads in the like.

if they get 50 people per day paying 25.00, they've earned over $1,000.00.

i'm not saying this is true, nor do i have evidence of this, but i've poked around it's webpage, and there's no contact information that i was able to find, which means they don't want your contacts. they just want your $25.

Total lack of contact even after filing with BBB and attorney general

Ayto source has ignored me for 5 months after repeated calls to them and also filing with BBB and the attorny general I have had no contact from them since I purchased a vehicle from them in March that has faulty windows. They refuse to aknowledge me and the BBB and attorney general.

I would warn everyone that this company is a scam and not legit. I have no idea on where to proceed with my complaint other than a lawsuit.

All they would have to do to make me happy was to contact me and work to resolve my issue and they refuse to do that. Would you want to work with a company like that?

Buyer Beware

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This company is clear about their vehicles having a "branded title"; but they are not clear that the vehicles they sell are salvage recovery (aka Branded title).

Substantial number are flood recovery. Think about all the electronics in late model cars, nearly all flooded vehicles are really junk. These guys will get you financing for the junk vehicle, but you are then stuck for life because no other (reputable) dealer in the industry will accept a trade in on a junk car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JUNK DEALER.

It is so sad that they are allowed to take advantage of consumers this way.

Would not fix non operating rear windows

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Purchased 2017 honda ridgeline with 5000 miles and paid cash, had it for just over a month and found rear door windows do not work, complained to customer service and was told to bad, 30 day warranty was up. Do not trust anything these guys tell you as there word is no good and customer service is terrible.

Do not deal with them, you well regret it. I was told many times that the car went thru many procedures to make sure everything was %100 correct and that has to be a untruth as I am sure that window operation would have been checked.

I would not even be upset if they took care of it , but to be told to bad after spending $33000 with them. Im done
